| Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) The primary goal of the IOP Program is to assist the client to address the underlying issues that drive their eating disorders, and then to help them develop new, more positive coping skills. It is our belief that if the client has better ways to deal with their anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and difficult life situations, they would be using those skills, and not need an eating disorder in their life. In a safe and supportive setting we offer a full evening program , 4 hours a day, 4 days a week (Monday through Thursday), which allows the client to focus on developing a deeper understanding and cultivating new skills for recovery and they have the opportunity to explore new ways of being in their bodies and in their world.
